Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "air4d", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the air4d platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://air4d.bet.
• "Member", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who has registered a verified account on the air4d platform.
• "Platform" means the air4d website, any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, and all related services including the sportsbook, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, and slot games.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful registration and verification on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal IDR-denominated balance held within a Member's Account and used for placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on an outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, free bet credit, or other non-cash incentive allocated to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by air4d before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Supported Payment Method" means any bank transfer or e-wallet channel officially listed as accepted by air4d, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• "IDR" and "Rp" refer to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted and displayed on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the air4d Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team at support@air4d.bet.

Eligibility

To register and use the air4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Proof of age and residency may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a self-exclusion period currently in effect on your Account.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of air4d or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or game-content partners.
5. You must access the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
6. You must not have had a previously registered air4d Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

air4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Any wagers placed by an ineligible Member may be voided and funds returned or withheld at air4d's reasonable discretion.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the air4d Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. air4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal request, air4d requires you to complete identity verification by submitting clear copies or photographs of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport).
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered on your air4d Account (e.g., a screenshot of your mobile banking app showing your name and account number).
• Any additional documentation air4d may reasonably request to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. air4d may place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending verification. Accounts that fail KYC verification or that provide fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed and referred to the appropriate authorities.

Deposits

All deposits to your air4d Wallet must be made through a Supported Payment Method. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless air4d has imposed a specific limit on your Account for responsible gaming purposes.

All deposit funds must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching the name on your air4d Account. air4d does not accept deposits from third parties, joint accounts where the primary account holder differs from the Member, or any payment instrument that cannot be verified as belonging to you.

Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet in real time or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Wallet within 30 minutes, you should contact support at support@air4d.bet with your transaction reference number.

air4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which air4d accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a Supported Payment Method registered in your own name and matching the name on your air4d Account. air4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified Accounts in good standing, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification steps for security purposes.

Withdrawal processing times by channel are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically instant to within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, and others): Typically within 3 minutes during banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB); requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the next available window.

air4d does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside air4d's control and are borne by the Member.

air4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, or receipt of a chargeback claim relating to the Member's Account. In such cases, air4d will notify the Member by email and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

air4d offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

1. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements) that must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
2. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 10× (ten times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount.
3. Wagers placed on togel (numbers lottery) markets, sportsbook events with odds below 1.50, casino games with a contribution rate below 100%, and any game specifically excluded in the promotion's terms do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
4. Bonuses are available to one Account per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different Accounts constitutes fraud.
5. air4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Member has completed its wagering requirements, any remaining Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.
6. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed through the air4d Platform are subject to the specific rules published for each product category — sportsbook, togel (numbers lottery), live casino, and slots. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a product-specific rule set, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product.

General betting rules applicable across all products include the following:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. air4d does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• Wagers placed after an event has commenced (in-play betting) are subject to the odds available at the exact moment of bet acceptance. air4d is not responsible for delays in network transmission that may result in a wager being accepted at an unintended price.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), air4d reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's Wallet. What constitutes a palpable error is at air4d's reasonable discretion.
• Winnings from settled wagers are credited to the Member's Wallet promptly following official confirmation of the result by the relevant governing body or game system.
• air4d reserves the right to void any wager where there is credible evidence of match manipulation, sabung ayam (cockfighting) event irregularity, or any other integrity concern affecting the event on which the wager was placed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the air4d Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at air4d's absolute discretion:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit bonus offers.
3. Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic exploitation of pricing errors or promotional terms.
4. Colluding with other Members, third parties, or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform in any manner that facilitates money laundering or financial fraud.
6. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with air4d.
7. Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure, including engaging in hacking, phishing, or denial-of-service attacks.
8. Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any other individual.

Where air4d suspects prohibited conduct, it may freeze the Account and withhold all balances pending investigation. air4d will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the air4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of air4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without air4d's prior written consent.

Game content — including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, and live dealer content from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — is licensed to air4d by the respective studios and remains the intellectual property of those studios.

Privacy & Data Protection

Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

air4d shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether they were foreseeable or air4d had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or network outages), or actions of third-party service providers.
• Losses arising from the Member's own breach of these Terms & Conditions or from reliance on inaccurate information provided by the Member.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless air4d and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and content providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any intellectual property right or other right of any third party.
• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity conducted through your Account.

air4d reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with air4d in asserting any available defenses.

Amendments to These Terms

air4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility requirements, withdrawal conditions, or the scope of prohibited conduct — air4d will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account and by a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as adopted by the jurisdiction under which air4d holds its operating license.

In the event of a dispute between you and air4d, you should first contact our support team at support@air4d.bet to seek an informal resolution. air4d will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to reach a resolution within 28 days of the complaint being submitted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
