Definitions

• "air4d", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the air4d Platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://air4d.bet.

Data Retention

At the end of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Where deletion is not technically possible within a standard operational cycle (e.g., data held in encrypted backup archives), the data is isolated from further active processing until it can be deleted at the next scheduled purge cycle.

Security Measures

air4d implements a layered set of technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2+): All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is encrypted in transit.

While air4d takes all reasonable precautions to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for ensuring that your own device and network are adequately secured.

Children & Minors

The air4d Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. air4d does not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under the age of 21. Age verification is a required step during Account registration, and KYC verification confirms date of birth before withdrawals are approved.

If air4d discovers or is notified that a Member Account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending wagers will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after completing applicable verification. Personal Data collected in connection with that Account will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes of the suspension process.

Your Data Rights

4. Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that air4d restrict processing of your Personal Data while a dispute about its accuracy or the lawfulness of its processing is being resolved.
5. Right to Data Portability: Where processing is based on your consent or on contract performance, you may request that air4d provide your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format so that you can transfer it to another service provider.
6. Right to Object: You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling. You may also object to receiving marketing communications at any time (see Clause 14).
7. Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of the above rights, please submit a written request to support@air4d.bet from the email address registered on your Account. We will respond within 30 days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further 30 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

air4d may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a data rights request, to ensure that we do not disclose or delete data in response to a request from an unauthorized third party.

Marketing Communications

air4d will only send you promotional communications — including bonus offers, new game announcements, and seasonal promotions — if you have explicitly opted in to receive them during registration or through your Account settings.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by:

air4d does not use automated profiling to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you without human review.

Policy Amendments
